Membership Terms

• Membership Eligibility and Types: Membership is available to C-suite executives and recent executives. Each membership type provides full access to our resources: Honorary Membership (by invitation only). Annual Membership and Lifetime Membership.
   

• Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy: Annual Plan: Membership renews annually. To avoid charges, please cancel at least 30 days before renewal. Annual Memberships are non-refundable. A one-year commitment is required. Lifetime Plan: Non-refundable after purchase. Termination: Membership may be terminated for serious policy breaches or conduct violations.
   

• Code of Conduct: Confidentiality: Members must keep community discussions confidential; sharing outside the community is prohibited. Respectful Engagement: Harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior will lead to review and possible termination.
   

• Access Restrictions: Members may not share login credentials or distribute community materials externally.
   

• Payment and Pricing: Billing: Annual memberships are billed yearly, processed via third-party providers, with authorization to charge your payment method.
   

• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust fees, with a 30-day advance notice. Failed Payments: Unresolved payment failures may lead to suspension of access.
   

• Intellectual Property: Community Content: All materials and resources are proprietary and cannot be shared or reused outside the platform. Member Contributions: Members grant us a license to display and share any content contributed within the community.
   

• Privacy and Data:  Data Use: We process member data according to our Privacy Policy for community management and enhancement. Third-Party Services: Trusted providers manage data and process payments in compliance with regulations.
   

• Liability Disclaimer: No Guarantees: Membership offers resources but doesn’t guarantee specific results, such as career placements. Advice Disclaimer: Community content is educational and not professional advice.
   

• Liability Limits: We aren’t liable for any damages from using the community, content, or third-party services.
   

• Terms Modification: Terms may be updated periodically and will be available for review on the website. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or within the community platform.
   

• Governing Law Jurisdiction: This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, with disputes resolved by mediation or binding arbitration.
